Ok, remember in Super Mario 64 when you start off in Shifting Sands Land, and there's that box that makes you bounce 3 times in one direction?
Yeah, if you take it directly in front of you, it lands you smack in the middle of one of those whirlpool quicksand pits. Annoyed the HECK out of me.
And surprisingly, that level was what started the possibility of females in quicksand being hot!
So yeah, I didn't tell Ling about that part, in case you didn't figure that out already...

You know, one of the things that bugged me about the swirling sand vortexes was that the were constantly sucking down sand from the desert, but the sand level never decreased, I'm wondering "where did all the sand go?" I kept thinking there was either some giant underground cavern of soft sand or perhaps it was just like an inverse fountain, funneling down instead of up and out, then just circulating back into the desert >.>;
