'Twas a giftart for another artist, this winged furry being her personal character. Fursona, if you will. The recipient artist in question was FAC's KFelidae, but she hasn't logged in to her account in ages.

This was also my first time drawing in a sketchbook rather than on loose paper. Unfortuantely, the sketchbook's 9x12" and my scanner is 1/4" shorter by both dimensions... so in order to capture the full piece (rather than clipping off Kiff's wings or feet), I had to scan it by halves. (Which is my standard procedure now, but back then was quite unpleasant.)
