After some sizing and cutting I have made the rough shapes for the jaw structure and glued them onto the head. I'm still going to need to do some shaping to make it look right but I think it's coming along. However I am beginning to think that 1 inch foam is a bit too thick for everything. What I need to do is get some 1/2 inch foam and see how that works. For now though I am going to press on. Stay tuned for more!
