Just a little bit of fanart here from that My Little Dashie story XD For DAYS after reading, it was on my mind...And eventually this image came to mind, of the moment in the story where little Dashie does a Sonic Rainboom in RL and gets her cutie mark ^^ Originally it was suppose to only have the rainboom part and she was gonna be really small under it, but then I realized nobody would be able to see her XD So I drew her flying away all happy in semi-realistic style. Probably could have been more detailed, but I'm really happy with the results! ^^
Done in colored pencils, oil pastels, white gel pen and micron pen...YAY for mixed media!!! ^^ Oh, and I also used Photoshop to crop the photo and such...And enhance the colors...The colors are a LITTLE less bright in person but meh XD
