pues en este caso siento que los abdominales estan un poco pequeños en consideracion de la cadera, lo que yo te sugiero es que reduscas un poco la cadera y que alargues el ancho de los abdominales para que se vea la tension del esfuerzo .... o eso yo creo XD solo es un consejito a ver si te sirve =3
