It's because some people around my age are intelligent enough to realize that stuff from the 60s-80s and even some 90s stuff was already way ahead of the music nowadays which has kinda been downgraded and isn't so much art now as it is product.
This album and others like it are awesome, it be nice if more lesser known bands today that have talent like these older bands were given the chance they deserve at making it in the music business. There's good music out there, it's just not always brought to peoples' attention because they can pump out the shitty stuff faster and cheaper.

Oh I am well aware. Just in the same way that in the 80's the Kraut Rock of the 70's was overshadowed and missed by that generation.
Main stream is often the bird poop covered tip of an iceberg of a genre. The good stuff lies hidden and underwater. My Vynel alone is 4000 lp strong ,then there is the CD's and cassettes.
I have for the most part outgrown the Metal Rock aspect of my youth, but the singles of my teens still have a place of charm and on occasion Ill crack into the Billy Idol or Poison, or Motley Crue... or the even more obscure Helloween, ShockParis and Dio.. "Black Sabbath" is still awesome (at least the first 7 albums) and I dont have to be in a mood or rock to enjoy that, or even HawkWind... Blah.. Now Im geeking out..
