Throwing a lot of crap out of my storage locker prepatory to moving into a cheaper (but bigger, go figure) one & came across the folder from when I took Art Spiegelman's School of Visual Arts comics history/drawing class in... (yes, civilization existed that far back) 1987!
Our assignment was to create a cover for a class book and an interior page (or two) of our own comic. It was kind of like Rowrbrazzle in that regard - if you contributed a page you got a copy of the entire class book. (Plus everyone had their own personal cover on their own personal copy.) As you can see, I was already drawing anthros (and loving it!) in my pre-furry days.
