Hmmm... pretty solid so far... although a little more shape in in head might work out. Like rounding the cheeks out with some ovals or having the nostrils stick out more. And maybe making some lips defined via over/underbite. That's what I keep in mind for drawing dragons, anyway, so I'm not sure how much it'll help you.
Oh. Well, if you're looking for advice on the front paws, the back ones look perfect for what you have planed, so I assume it'd be a good idea to do the same thing there since you're going for feral. And I'm not trying to be a know it all or anything, it's just that I've been fumbling over details in drawings for years and just now cracked it, so I know alot of tricks for drawing ferals.
