Nope..not Thurl. Just a group from the early 90's. Lead singer died in 95 and the group disbanded afterwards. There used to be this great CGI animation to go with the song that aired on Tech Tv Eyedrops, but the site that hosted it is long gone and the only copy I can find is muted because of music copyright claims. It was more twisted than the song itself.

I only asked about Tony the Tiger because the video looks a bit like they're lip-syncing.

They are lipsyncing....it wouldn't sound as good if they didn't. I have the song in mp3 and it sounds the same aside from the low volume level in their video.
