Hahahahaha, it feels nice to do so many dragons... Have I mentioned I love dragons?
This is a design done for a person on DA - they asked for a lightning dragon with electric blue eyes and markings, bronze horns and spines, and the rest up to me. They said they liked Skeezit's body style, so I went with the Modern Dragon style.

oooo [pretty! I love the motion blur and the focal blue you do it's just so amazing and real. it really brings that picture to life and the lighting is amazing to. the dragon complements the bg so well it's like it was born out of the night sky itself :D the wings look great. I love how you connect them to the body so far down. it really makes it feel more real. body shape well that's a tough one for me since it looks great but it doesn't stand out to me. doesn't mean I don't love it just hard to think of something amazing to say hehe.

Thanks! Yes, atmospheric effects are the best! And yeah, I wasn't sure whether to lighten the bg or not, but the dragon herself sticks out well enough, and blends in just to make it neat...like you said, being born from the sky!
