BRIDGEPORT GOAL: Wulf (3) - Turunen (20), Delucci (8)
-Do you feel that? It's the sigh of relief coming from the entire Eastern Conference.
-Indeed, must feel nice to know that Hamilton isn't invincible. To their credit, it's very tough to win both games back to back against a team, but full credit to Bridgeport as well, gave their fans something to REALLY cheer about. Sidenote: If the season ended today, these two would be facing each other in the first round of the playoffs.

SASKATOON HAT TRICK: Tushenko (3) - Sherapovich (3), Dgeordgevich (12)
PORTLAND INJURY: Wingdog (knee) out for game. Replaced by Tatch Sandstrom
-Speaking of sighs of relief, I bet Saskatoon is still exhaling one right now, and at the hands of a bench player who had no goals going into the game!
-Well Tushenko had the scoring touch, sure, but aside from that sloppy second period the whole Prairie Dogs team dominated, if not for the performance from Pehltonen this could have been an ugly one.

JACKSONVILLE GOAL: Stapler (5) - Browning (14)
-Another solid game from Lexington and nice to see Raz Yoshi get a win this time. Is this it though for Jacksonville this season?
-Unfortunately I think so, and its a shame because their record isn't really telling. They've had a very hard schedule, possibly the hardest, and they've really been in almost game until the end. With just a little offense added I think they could really move far up the rankings next season.

Erie - Conway (12) - Lehtinen (13)
-So Erie manages to win and keep pace with Lexington in the East, they really came out hitting here tonight!
-Well they saw how Las Vegas played Monday and refused to let them get into that back and forth game, the High Rollers are beatable when you make them earn every inch of the ice they take.

VICTORIA GOAL: Rain (10) - Bedtime (9), Paskhowl (9)
COLORADO sPRINGS GOAL: Knows-His-Gun (15) - Vanderhoosen (13), Tuomi (5)
-This is a really tough loss for Victoria who fall into 5th and out of a playoff spot with a one goal loss. Colorado Springs another story.
-Yeah they keep just moving right along, some say they're overachieving but they're still showing that they're the top team in the West.

HOUSTON GOAL: Clarke (10) - Unassisted
-Well this was certainly unexpected, Houston has seemed hopeless and Green Bay on the rebound, so how did this happen?
-Well it gets overlooked because of their record but Houston does in fact score a lot of goals, and they did so again tonight. Green Bay's offense hasn't been totally consistent and that showed again in this game.

Gimme a HELL! Gimme a YEAH! Stand up right now, and gimme a HELL! Gimme a YEA-AH! Stand up right now...
I had a feeling that we were close to finding the right pieces to finally beat Hamilton. It was only a matter of time, though this one could have gone either way. Great game played by both teams, and I'm starting to look forward to the playoffs a little more now!
BTW, the song line that I started this post with was from "Hell Yeah" by Rev Theory...it's what gets played right after the Bandicoots score a goal at home. I can't speak for everyone else here, but it'd send a chill down my spine to hear 18,000 fans screaming "HELL YEAH!" in unison after the home team scores.
