this is Shadowcon's father. he has the ablity to control the seas when ever he is fighting. also (i know this is going to sound like a rip-off from Day After Tomorrow but...) when he fights he has a tendise to flood the city or town that he is in. then he goes into a pure liquid state and you can only very faintly see his eyes. (but very few people know to look for his eye when hes like that and are fighting him)
