I went to see doctor today
he found you in my heart
He said that if he removed you
I'd lose a special part

A part of me which I love to bits
and hope I never lose
I don't even know what I'd do without you
I dont have a clue.

Your hugs make me put on a silly grin
And I blush each time you kiss my chin
You hold a very special spot in here,
I love when ever i need you, you're always near.

You're never far and come running to my side
Blue, it's you I can confide
You are absolutely perfect in every single way
My smile wouldn't be complete if you were not in my day

At first a happy thought
which turns into a smile
Then a little giggle
which lasts for a while.

My heart skips a beat
and then another too
My mind is always happy
and filled with thoughts of you

On this day,
I just wanted to say
How much you mean to me
and how I always hope I have you
whether it be far or near
I'll always hold you dear
Right inside my chest, in that special spot.
