Hey, I'm making a fursuit of this guy here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7074143 and I'm really stuck on how to make it. What's the best way to make a head with a moving jaw? foam? plastic canvas? balaclava? I have all of the fur and some foam blocks and about a meter and a half of half inch upholstery foam, but I can buy plastic canvasing and/or a balaclava if need be.
Any help is appreciated!

If you haven't done so already I would recommend that you go and search http://fursuit.livejournal.com/ . On the left hand side you have links to good articles which cover different aspects of the building process.
Another thing you could do is do a search for tutorial on Google of the method that you decide to do. There are many of them online. Matrices as many tutorials which can be used http://www.matrices.net/fursuiting.asp and they deal with canines so that could wwork for you.
