Here's a character I've had for a while She's a hen roughly the size of a small house most of the time, though she can shrink to normal hen size and get even bigger. Her counterpart character is a cow named Claire who's usually got so much milk she's just a tiny flabby white and black speck on an ocean of udder. Anyway. Claire and Feathers were adopted after the previous farm couldn't take care of them, and they've been a part of my dream family ever since.
A friend came up with the idea of Claire having a "prosperity aura" based on the idea of India's sacred cows. Those around her have good luck rub off on them, and any land near her is rendered massively fertile. This effect even spreads to her milk, so if plants are watered with her milk, they tend to get huge and bloom massive amounts, especially food-crops.
Feathers' "goal" is to be as fat and fluffy as she can possibly get and to care for as many people as she can. She tends to be very loving and motherly and loves to sit on people under her fluffy henbutt. She does produce a lot of gas and eggs, though she can control how productive she is with the latter. The gas tends to act as a natural non-addictive antidepressant, making those that breathe it in feel light-hearted and safe.
Both are typically very friendly and helpful, and both are quite capable of talking, but still moo and cluck occasionally as well.
Here we see Feathers in her nest on V-day, probably waiting for someone to roost on like a chick.
Their barn is more like a mansion. Dimensionally compressed to be much larger on the inside than on the outside with special "growth rooms" that, alongside their bedrooms, can expand as they do, since these barnyard blubberballs have gotten quite large....I think in one RP they both managed to outsize a universe or so...Anyway the hallways have rich red carpeting, plenty of extra-reinforced chairs and lots of paintings and photos of massively fat animals. The kitchen is stocked with self-replenishing never-spoling food, since the two aren't restricted to the normal hay / chicken feed and all that, though they don't eat meat.
There are plenty of guest rooms, all with rather lavish bathrooms, beds and such, which the room magically shifting and changing to suit each resident's specific needs and comforts.
Feather's room specifically for example, has an egg shape carved into the door, fans to power away some of the massive amounts of pink gas she produces (sometimes to the point where you can't even see past it more than a few feet in front of your face!), a bed designed to look like a nest while being designed to be as comfortable as possible made out of puffy plush and pillows with a skylight above it to let in plenty of sunlight, as well as an egg-shaped trap door for her eggs elsewhere in the room when she wishes to lay them.
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas for what Claire's room might look like or other parts of the mansion, please feel free to shoot the ideas.
