Thanks again for the wonderful work on this guy ^_^ I really love how he came out, between his ornamentation and the impressive magic effects. Even his solemn expression really fits who he is.

Though if I was to say, looks like he could be a manipulator of dreams? Those colors and the swirls just makes me think of dreams. Or I think he could be conjuring some sort of dragon or dragon apparition. Both are good!
