This was originally a valentine's day gift for an old mate of mine back in February 2012. It isn't very well drawn, but I meant it as a gift from the heart. Of course he ended up trampling my heart months later, so it doesn't mean much to me anymore.

This is a really sweet image and gift for your loved one! If I may say a few things? Your lines look very basic. The picture looks flat. Maybe try giving their back ends a bit of curve and try using a softer line to define their ear fluff. Also, The tails look really stiff, try a more curvy line there too and maybe try to apply some shading to give it a more rounded/3D look. It's a really cute idea and I'm sure that your mate loves it! Good luck as you improve your art!
