Karrde is a character for the Redwall-based PALS that I'm participating in called Escape from Mossmire. He's the leader of a gang called the Strayers who are happy to help you acquire any information you'd like by any means necessary. Karrde himself is really not a nice person. At all. In fact, if he's smiling at you, you should run, not walk, to the nearest exit.
