Riko (Big Mac) Mackenza, is the owner of Mac's Gym, the one who taught Cindi how to work out, and also the one to train her how to fight.

Despite her size, this polar bear is surprisingly gentle, she has to be to train with other people without absolutely breaking them. Despite this, and the exceptionally well padded gloves she wears, almost nobody enjoys sparring with her. Worse yet, she challenges almost every half attractive man she meets, if not to boxing than some other sort of physical feat. She seems to operate under the misunderstanding that she must prove her strength to win affection.

Regardless, the poor soul she's about to get in the ring with is probably in for the pounding of his life.
