Just thought I'd post what I'm working on...an Art Nouveau-style moonflower dress and matching leather corset design for Lunacorn's fursuit, since her fursuit is only a partial (which I'm hoping Qarrezel can make, minus the horn, which Indigo-Ocean just finished: http://indigo-ocean.deviantart.com/.....Horn-284260248 ). <3
This is only the corset, frontside of the dress and the collar; I still have to draw the backside of the dress, and the animatronic luna moth wings, which MagpieBones and Skaros444 will be collaborating on (the corset is actually intended to be a harness for those wings, which will be very similar to these: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6208952/
Morgancrone (on DA) is probably going to make the moonflower dress (based on this: http://www.corndancer.com/crow/crow.....crwglss21.html ; the sleeves of the dress are the spiraled buds of the flower, and the skirt of the dress is the full flower). Azmal (on DA) will be making the leather corset and matching collar. The green moons on the shoulders and the pink spots down the sides of the corset (as well as the overall color palette on everything) are based on Luna's body markings: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5986338/
As for the enameled metal moonflower leaf clasps (with moonstone cabochon "dewdrops"), I've been talking to various metalsmiths on Esty, and I'm not sure yet which one I'll go with.
Anyways, Shadowwolf (who drew Luna's "quad" ref sheet) is currently drawing one for Luna's anthro form as well, but you can get a sneak peek of it here: http://swandogstudio.com/anthrolunarefsketch.jpg (this is my sketch, that she's revamping), to kinda get an idea of what the fursuit will be like, if you can image that char wearing this dress, corset and collar; only I'm not that thin, of course. :P (And that sketch shows the old collar design, so just ignore that.) Anyways, I'll post the new ref once it's done. :)
