The only instruction I was given was to take something that's normally considered ugly and make it look sexy. I went with a Chinese Crested dog, since they have a reputation to look like gremlins (not always; during my research I found some very handsome looking little dogs, but others... YIKES.) I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, and Bahamut was happy with the results. :)

If you don't like it, why'd you look? I mean, i personally am not a fan of girls that thin either, but it's still good art. The detail is spectacular, the anatomy is good (for what it is, i don't envy that the artist had to likely look at a bunch of pictures of starved models). It could be so much worse. At least it's not shitting dick-nippled veiny-breasted shoddy attempts at 3d work. THAT, my good sir/madam, is nightmare fuel.
I looked because I like Lizardbeth's art, I never said it was bad art, never questioned anatomy (in terms of subject matter), and I know it could be worse but in the grand world of "Things that can be" this is something that is that bothers me. I made one little comment about something kinda freaks me out, what's wrong with that?

This is beautiful work!!
Although a lot of Chinese crested's are seen and portrayed as being sickly thin that is not how the breed is supposed to be. Ribs are supposed to be felt easily through skin but not distinctly visualized from across the room.
Again wonderful work! Just like giving some incite into the actual breed every once in awhile!
