This is the Belevion Carrion Demon by the name of Funé. Carrion Demons have the ability to raise the dead as their puppets, but they're also dangerous for another reason: the orb on their tail. If you touch it, it doesn't kill you but you also become one of it's puppets. The red things are use to grab and press someone against the orb, and the tail moves faster than a human could ever move.

It's facial expression never changes no matter what it's feeling. There's only feathers half-way down the wing, although wings are optional Funé normally has his wings out. There is one lone bright yellow feather that sticks up if you pay attention. Number of legs is NOT optional, always has six. Horns are green, claws are red.

Funé does not love you.
