Panzer, Sei's Brother by birth, who has a very tragic story that I don't think anyone cares about save for his lover, Tori Sainteclair, OC of my beautiful bunny who if you don't know who is you don't pay enough attention.

Panzer is a Ghost. No punchline here, he is a pure ghost. Died once in a boat wreck, then again when he was given a second life... Though really he gave his life up for a certain cute girl (Also owned by my Bunny)
