Another OC of my own creation, Celecia is an air elemental, and as of today, MY FAVORITE, BEST DRAWING OF ALL TIME.
I feel like I really got her look down, especially with the hair, which flows naturally in the breeze.
Fun Fact: You can't see it here, but Celecia doesn't wear and HATES shoes, because all of her clothes are made from air she compresses and magically colors to fabric. Shoes are too solid, so she lazily just doesn't bother with them. Instead, she just usually wears thigh highs (which I find attractive on mostly any girl).

Wow, I just googled my own username and this showed up. I thought I just made up the name when I was a kid, but I guess there are finite combinations of letters. It's kinda awesome how your drawing looks exactly like the old character I created when I was eight. Great minds think alike! I am thrilled! ^^ +fav
