Squeaky Toofs the Sabertooth Head (for Spottacus, by ZebraTh
This is a stretchy saberhead sculpted first in clay, then fit to a life-casting of my head, and finally completed with an expanding self-skinning foam, resulting in a 1 piece head.
Because it is made of a pliable material foamed in place, it can be strectched off and on my head, without any zipper or closure. The result is a smooth, 1-piece masterwork.
This was a complicated project, involving 100 hours of work, but the result is beautiful.

DM meh and I'll send contact info. Just to put in perspective, when I bought a Libidex tiger suit, it cost $2500. This one involved custom molding, fitting, sculpting, and hundreds of hours of work. As such, it cost more than the Libidex suit.
If you are still interested, DM meh, and I'll pass on contact info. I think he is one of the top two out there in sqweeky suits (the other just made a silicone suit that was priced in the 5 figures, but her work is beyond gorgeous).

This is awesome! I'm always trying to learn new skills; I've dabbled in casting and mold making and I recently started doing some mask/hood making. In terms of heads, all I have right now is a really creepy latex mask experiment. This is the first time I'd heard of self-skinning foam, which I think I'm going to have to try out now.
