Just a tad late this week. I've been really busy. Hope you guys don't have trouble telling who's saying what in this page, but using speech arrows would've looked jumbled. I think it's pretty common sense, when it comes to Amon and Dhaval. Wise and experienced = Amon. Naive and dare I say stupid = Dhaval.
And yeah, I know. . . STILL gotta update the website.
In other news, our boys seem to be in (quite literally) the wrong side of town. Could end poorly. . . .

This background reveals what amazing talents lie in the artist. This makes many official movie concept artists pieces look bland and gray. You are so lucky to have Alector give your story a stage.
awesome goin. I love how much space this page has. I still say the pannels of RL could use some more space and not always be on focus of characters. But thats just my opinion.

On dual page spreads like this its generally a bad idea to put the main action in the middle where people will have the magazine stapled. I could just be judging the location of the middle of the spread wrong though. I love this comic, I don't wanna see it ruined by such a simple mistake (if one was made).
I love the architecture; it's very, very old-style: buildings appear to have been build atop each other without the original ever being removed. This style never ended up getting terribly tall because architects would eventually tell you that building any further 'up' would kill you and the entire structure would crumble to the ground. On the other hand, it has a sort of beauty you rarely see in modern structures... I'd like to see more panels where the architecture is a primary feature in the whole image.
oh, now this is a sad part. this is the part where the mentor fox fellow is about to die a violent death and his young cat friend is going to be blamed for it. i'm not sure whether he'll be punished or sentenced to death as an example to the rest but i get the feeling that the results of tonight's event is going to be the reason why he eventualy is going to try to get off this island despite what his mentor learned him. something where a certain sailor customer comes in handy perhaps?
makes the most sense to me anyway, the white tiger will never become a full time prostitute for the rest of his life, it just doesn't fit with his character but that doesn't mean it won't be forced on him in certain situations. favors, payment, survival. things like that, let's wait and find out :/

Would be a bad night to not have some sort of dagger on ya', cause I doubt they gonna find many friendly faces there. Hopefully Amon has one hiding on his person somewhere, or the inedible fight won't be pretty.

SWEET MOTHER OF FURRIES AND BACKGROUND DETAIL!!I'm speechless at the astounding detail in all of this...it's really fine down to the tiniest roots on the jungle houses and old buildings,the lamplight and the faint stars peering in through the clouds...IT'S FLIPPING FABULOUS.

My thing is...if you're a slave...why can things get worse for your situation? You already don't have your freedom...now you might get beaten and raped on top of having to go back to your masters? I don't Amon can take much more abuse before something breaks, either in his head or his soul. Yet it seems like his luck is getting worse these days...
