Milly's marvelous munchable muffins look great and they're healthy too. From the kitchens of

These muffins are LOVE!
And really healthy :D!
Also, yay for mountain of dishes!
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups of white flour
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
pinch of salt
2/3 cup of brownsugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of butter or margerine
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
2 or so cups of raspberries
Topping:
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of quick oats
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
* pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
* In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients, set aside.
* In another medium bowl, mix the wet ingredients with a electrix mixer until they are completely mixed.
* Mix the topping in another bowl, set aside.
* Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, mix together with electric mixer.
* After the mix is beaten smooth, add raspberries and mix them in with a spoon so they dont fall apart.
* Pour mix into a well greased or papered muffin tin, cover top completelly with the topping mix
* bake for 25-30 minutes, after about 25 minutes, rotate the muffin tin so the front is now at the back. stick a toothpick into a muffin from the middle row, if there is batter on the toothpick the cook for longer. Check the muffins with the toothpick every 5-10 minutes until they are done.
These little muffins are fantastic when served warm with butter!
