Iowa Interstate Railroad is the direct successor to the venerable Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific's main line from Chicago to Omaha, Nebraska. To honor this heritage, the railroad's ES44AC #513 wears a special Rock Island tribute paint scheme. It is seen here idling with another ES44AC in the usual IAIS paint at Burr Oak Yard, the road's Chicago-area terminal, in Blue Island, Illinois.
