I like that knife very mutch, is good balanced and realy sharp. The handle, wich is made from snakewood , silver and leather lay excellent in the hand.
It's just perfect, 825 layers of steel^^ Detailscreen of http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7296265

Not if you bear in mind that just the material: steel, wood, silver, grinding belts, coal and gas already take 500 euros. Together with 60 hours of work (i take 10euro/h) you have the price. Usually a black or bladeshmith takes 35-60euro per hour^^ So in fact i'ts not to expensiv. But i have the avantage that forging things is just my hobby and not my job, so i haven't to pay taxes or assurance.
Thank you, but i think that this way of patternmanipulation (cutting smal fullers in the raw damaskbar) would be nicer on an blade with 100-200 layers, and not 825. Then the waves would be much more definite. Here you can see the waves, but they are so filigree that the single line disappears.
