Here's another piece, done in a few hours. I'm not gonna lie, I think this one turned out the best out of all of them so far ;P Practiced a couple new shading and lighting techniques.

I'm actually very eager to learn how to do that sometime. I've noticed another user had a fox scout model that he's released for use. I'm actually using it whenever I play as scout, and it's funny to notice others running around the same way!
All in all, I want to be able to make a model like that for each class someday.

It's a full fox? I could never get a good look at it so I though it was just a tail attached or something.
I do know that there is a bear heavy mod(Blue is a Polar Bear while Red is a standard Brown Bear) that has lip syncing and even a different attack animation for the basic fists where he uses his "claws" instead. I'd use it, but I don't play enough TF2 to justify skin mods yet. :-P
