Another portfolio candidate, I am slow and this has taken me half a day to make. He is kind of a reference to all the long curvy stuff I always draw, but grotesquefied. Because I never do creepy, actually Felix said everything I draw looks sexy xD
So there are some thoughts I need to put into this.
Where does he live? Probably in a sewer or the like.
etc
Yes I realize that is a spiderman like pose, I don't need anymore people to tell me that ok tyvm we're done here. I suppose he's kind of gollum and slenderman like, if you dream of naked wet slenderman.

I'm using a large canvas, 5x what you see here
A flat brush (just lower the roundness to 10% or draw a flat brush tip) where the angle is set to pen tilt.
I have one where in 'other dynamics' I've enabled opacity by pressure, this is for softer blending, and one where instead it's flow by pressure, for doing crisper things. Obviously I use various sizes of this. I've used a small round brush here and there but only in very tiny details around the nails. For final things, really.
I have the background on a layer, then I had a rough sketch, and I painted on a layer on top of that. Now I've merged the sketch and painting layer, but they're still separate from the BG. I try to keep the edge of the layer very clean. I also have a layer on top again with a rough drop shadow that I turn on and off while working. In the end I'll refine it.
Don't know how to paint the background yet.

Ooo, I love creepy nightmarish stuff like this! Good perspective and depth in the drawing. Ok I just gotta say I in particular really like how the front foot turned out haha. Although I gotta questiont his 4-jointed right hand.
Do a little more creepy stuff! You're quite good at it, you already mastered doing sexy stuff - as said by your friend. :P
