Taluthus is cold, and starving, wandering through a mountain range looking for an escaped prisoner. He's an assassin and warrior of the highest merit, but physical prowess can't stop mother nature. Caught unaware, he's forced to take refuge in an abandoned cave so he doesn't freeze alive in the raging blizzard outside. The prisoner is given up for dead - frozen alive most likely in the nearly week long onslaught; Taluthus focuses instead on surviving himself...

Taluthus and I had had, and it was really fun to write for me. I have to admit, I'm not entirely sure if I captured Tal right, but I think I did it decently, though any feed back is appreciated. Also, beware that this has been roughly proofed; Most of the major errors are fixed from what I saw, but if you see one please point it out. Furthermore, enjoy the story, and let me know how delicous *you* think Wisty is.

*giggles* yeah, wisty is kind, even if a bit manipulative. Hehe, But he was kind enough to help someone out even though he didn't have to. Such a nice dragon.
On that note, While I find unwilling prey rather cool, and the complex thoughts that go into the pred-prey relation ship, I also find that it's interesting to write from the willing aspect, especially when it's outside of the pred's comfort range. XD
