Albin is a character for the Redwall-based PALS that I'm participating in called Escape from Mossmire. He's a highly-skilled independent blacksmith in Mossmire... which someone at the Foundries doesn't like. He's being harassed by thugs lately for stealing away some of the Foundries' richer clientele.

You're very kind! I have my sights set on something I got a degree in, though. I enjoy art too much as a hobby to make a job out of it. ^^;

I hope he knows what he's doing. That iron is just a wee bit too warm for forging. Drawing maybe. Yeah, if he's gonna draw the bar out thinner, then it's just about right. AND WHERE THE HECK ARE HIS GLOVES?

I don't write their descs, I just draw 'em. XD I'm sure he knows what he's doing... the artist has no idea, though.

Chuckles... Sometimes my welder/blacksmith friend handles hot iron and hot dinner plates with his bare hands. "Welder's fingers" he calls it.

And yes, he does generally wear gloves. He'd be drawing out the impurities there. Let's just assume he's got a rag to protect him from the conduction on the other side, aye?
