First attempt at making Bechamel Sauce. I decided to make a bacon omelet for breakfast and complemented it with the sauce.

Omelets don't have to be folded in threes. You can fold them in half, or even leave them face up, and its still an omelet.

Nah, I mean when I go to flip the omelet to cook the other side, I always manage to rip a hole in it, and say screw it and make it into scrambled eggs.
