There is a very good chance this doggie may not get to go home with his intended owner... will you take him home?
I am not sure if the customer is okay with discussing the situation so I won't but there is a very good chance he may not be able to claim the suit.
It is nearly done, I mean it is like 95% done, was gonna do pics next weekend... i was in the home stretch, and then shit hit the fan on their end...
What to know if this does go up for sale:
The customer is tall and thin with wide shoulders and long limbs.
double sewn body, done in a loose athletic fit.
hands built on black-n-gray utility gloves since he planned to do handstands and such, you can get normal paws.
feet are a size 10.5 (US) and built on what I think are wrestling shoes (look like ninja shoes, lol) with the gray and black soles exposed. Super comfy shoes!
no claws (since this was intended for stunt work and they can catch and/or break)
Has a fat wide 24 inch tail (ideal to the stunt work he planned vs a curled that may flop around) though you can get a nub or curled tail instead
Head is one size fits all (adjustable) can be made to work with glasses, has a chin strap since he planned to go upside down doing cartwheels and flips (which my "fits like a hat" heads stay on just fine aside from that, lol)
hinged jaw that works via bumping on your chin, voice syncs decently, works perfect for non verbal motions.
CPU fan in the muzzle with 4 AA battery pack that gets worn on in a pouch (that I made) on a belt under the suit, the cord for the fan disconnects via a simple plug in the middle so you are not tethered to the battery pack while getting dressed.
Sewn head seams, ears are floppy (as in flip up when you jump) realistic eyes, nose and mouth, great ventilation and vision (which is only limited form your nose down, the rest is rather great)
Full body shots will debut hopefully within a week, shortly after the debut I will have a definate from the customer on if I have to sell it or if it can go to him.
If I sell it it will go up for auction, I am thinking Ebay. I need to get at least $1200 for this guy so I can refund the poor customer everything but is deposit. Ideally I would like more than that (hence the auction) since I once again feel under charged for my work (the customer was getting this lovely realistic costume for well under $2000)
I would need $600 up front and will allow 3 months for the rest.
So if this interests you, start saving in case he goes up for sale.
