I agree with Shadowpelt, the background really brings the picture to life. Great details with all the little bits that a magical hospital would need.

From a technical standpoint, it looks to me like the victim's head is too small, though that could just be the angle...or perhaps he had an encounter with a headshrinker tribe. *chuckles* Other than that, everything looks quite nice. Great use of perspective with the shelves, and I really like how you did the healing aura.

Yeah, it did come out looking smaller than I like. The perspective from under the jaw upwards is not one I am very good at yet. I'll keep working on it though!
