"The last Monday Night Raw before the Furry Royal Rumble. John Striped Fur is in the ring doing a promo about the up coming Pay Per View event. He has been defending his title against all challengers, and is now currently recovering from a brutal Hell In The Cell match, now gets a surprise challenge from G Hyena in a title match to be contested tonight. Not just any match, but an Extreme Rules match. John Striped Fur, being such a fighting champion, excepts the challenge getting a roar of excitement out of the audience. The match progresses going back and forth with big power moves and near pin falls, finally breaks down into the weapons style match that Extreme Rules is known for. Johns pains from his previous matches catching up to him giving G the upper hand enough to hit the Spear like special running John through a table propped up in the corner of the ring. John dazed and out of it in the corner looks to be ready to finish off with a Sleeper Special. John, being a master technical wrestler, escapes this final attempt at a win which goes into a reversal fest of pin moves and near pins falls that ends in a stand off of two very beaten up fatigued combatants which gets an applause out of the fans. Both competitors move toward each other engaging in a martial arts style strike contest. John, being a higher level at this game, catches G with a roundhouse kick to the head that gives John the much needed opening to hit G with an Airplane Stunner and getting the pin which erupts the crowd to their feet. John Striped Fur has successfully defended his title. With only one more show before the Furry Rumble, what will happen this Friday on Smackdown for these two?"
