Colorado sure is a pretty state. Allways loved the mountains there.

I've been in the mountains hundred of times, but they always surprise me.

I had twenty acres in teh sierra nevadas that I would wander all over.. and it never ceased to amaze me how many DIFFERENT things I would find every time that I had not seen before.

Like banana slugs? I love those!

and a momma turkey siting a nest! which turned into a momma turkey with about 10 peeps, then next year, it was momma turkey and three of her daughters, which turned into momma turkey, three of her daughter, and about 40 peeps, followed by a tom and his two bubba's.. we'd feed them corn.. the last year I was there, we had about 100 turkeys running around begging for handouts. :) Yahno.. .turkeys sure do shit big....
