Didn't Schirm and I visit you one time when you and Tracey lived in an upstairs flat that had to be reached by outside stairs rather like this picture? The art seems familiar somehow.

Yes. Tracy and I lived in a second floor flat in a building that had originally been a mortuary. To get in you had to go around to the side and climb the wooden stairs to the landing where the door was.
