The demonamic "Chris" is more than half (75%) cyborg because of a heavy war wound. The blue parts over his feet are the only real evidence of a robotic organism. People who know him well never seen him flex any muscles.
Chris can briefly control time and thus move at high speed. There are only two other demonamics able to ignore that ability.
