It is XP. It must've been relatively common at one point to just abandon cars because I've found or seen at least five abandoned in the woods in just my area alone

I'm a forest ranger, and I find abandoned cars all the time. I try to take pics of them when I come across one. Looks like you found an old Buick there.

Man that brings back memories. I loved to scour the woods outside my home as kid and there were a lot of abandoned cars in the weirdest places. Hard to imagine how some even got where they were as the the areas were thick woods and swamps. I think my favorite was some frame of a car I think was from the 20s/30s and some ruined 50s cars but there were quite a few younger cars as well. I think we ripped mirrors out of those with my siblings, lol.
