why name a kitty Worthless? =c

It was an unintentional name my dad gave him. He would show up and eat kitty food from the porch and sleep then vanish and repeat the process every day. My dad said something like "That is some worthless cat" and it kinda stuck. He is by far not his name sake, he is one of the sweetest kitties you could ever find and he is so laid back. I wouldn't trade him or Magick for the world. I love all my babies.

awww good. im an animal cop, and i just didnt understand how you could give an animal so cute as this one such an unloving name. but im glad you like them doth and love them ^^

Well that's just it. People make the assumption that the name is how I feel. If that were the case then when he showed up on my mom's porch with a hole in his chest I wouldn't have taken him to the vet. I wouldn't have so many pictures of him or bother to take the pictures. He wouldn't be fed on a regular basis or have such a clean and pretty coat. There is more to a kitty thank just his name. I mean I have seen plenty of animals with names like Princess and Beauty that have been abused or abandoned. I am in the process of writing up a journal to explain the name since you are not the only one to ask about his name or not understand.

But ya it's all good. If only everyone could be so lucky to have a pair of kitties like mine. They are the sweetest boys you could ever meet! >^_^<

Yes you've told me about Rochester before ^_^ If I remember right, their temperaments are similar too, laid back.

Rochester can be a little s*** from time-to-time though. But yeah, he uses our place like a crash pad for food and sleeping. Then he goes back outside to raise more hell.

Oh yes. Worthless has his spunky kitten moment and goes crazy. It's usually when I am getting ready for work in the morning. He likes to run form room to room in the back of the trailer for a good 5 minutes or so then he'll come lay on my bed like nothing happened.

That sounds adorable.

Oh it is...just wish I could get it on film, but he only seems to do that when I don't have time to get my camera lol
