"Don't mess with my friends." ;p

NOTE: This is my personal little vent, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. The reason I make pictures like this one are to UNWIND from the stress of debates and arguments, so don't bring more in here, just enjoy the picture! :) I plan to ignore any flames or hate posted on here, so just don't bother. I also ignore troll spam such as "lols but i loves my burgers" or stereotypical name calling such as "peta nut" (I don't even trust peta or any of the large orgs so don't throw me in with them) If you don't like it, just don't comment...simple as that. Thanks! ;) The text ramble was originally meant for facebook (thus mention of the 'posts') it sums up what the picture stands for so I kept it in.

I consider myself an open minded individual. I don't care what race, religion or sexuality someone is. I don't care what your political views are, if any. I don't mind anything or anyone, so long as they're not causing harm to someone else. That is my only rule! Yes, paying someone else to do the "dirty work" so you can "enjoy" a hamburger IS harming someone. Lots of someones. Do I think you're a bad person? NO. Most people have been lied to by society; lies such as "meat is the best source of protein" or "we need to drink milk taken from baby calves for our calcium even though no other species on the planet drinks milk into adulthood". Sounds warped now that you think about it eh?

The majority have become ignorant and unaware to the suffering they fund. I was! Most of us were, some of us still are. Some don't care, true...but I like to think most people have a heart and SOME compassion for others. For those of us that do have such things, we all have the chance to wake up. We all have the chance to educate ourselves, to learn the truth. To literally save the animals, the planet AND ourselves. To look into the eyes of the beings we've so long turned our backs on and say "I'm sorry. I won't hurt you anymore"

So if I ever offend anyone with some of the things I post, I'm sorry the truth hurts...but I won't apologize for speaking up for the animals, because so few do and they need all the voices they can get. I often offer links to educational information, to behind the scenes footage that exposes you to the reality of what you're paying for and I sometimes wonder how many people really look at any of it. It's okay. If just one person out of two dozen stops and THINKS, pauses to reconsider their actions...takes the time to LOOK at the truth...then it's all worth it.

Now. We gunna have a problem with you trying ta hurt my little friends here? Vegan puppy don't like that. )X
