Whaaat? HOW is little Derpy offensive? I suppose in SOME peoples' fan art she is, but honestly, she's an adorable grey pegasus who is a little bit clumsy and has a silly nickname which Dash probably coined...so...yeah :D

It's a good question to ask. It's a bit like a lesbian saying Dash is too lesbian and starting a petition to make her less gay or something weird like that. And honestly, these people need to go to dictionary.com and look up "ditzy". The political correctness and inappropriate entitlement is so sad.
It's so easy to find something offensive when you strain yourself to look for it. Why can't people just relax and let it sit? I could look at "Feeling Pinkie Keen" and go 'ah, they're totally offending me by railing against science and agnosticism', or watch any episode with Snips & Snails and whine that they're sexist. Alternatively you can relax and see it's a cartoon, with lessons like "some things are just weird" and some characters just being a little goofy. And if you can do that, maybe Hasbro won't get pressured by a vocal minority to take back their gift to the community and get Derpy shirts removed/edited.
Ah.. but enough venting! Afterall, it's probably more succinct to just draw a picture.
