Finally got a ref done up for Storm.
He's a nocturnal pegasus, hence the eyes, canines, pointed ears, and slightly leathery wings. Sometimes these features get phased out as a pony regularly goes out during the day, but working night shifts at a power plant in Cloudsdale have pretty much guaranteed his heredity shows strongly.
His job is to charge up storm clouds and keep Cloudsdale and Ponyville supplied with power, acting as the foreman of the power plant. He's a rather isolated individual: very honest and hard working, but also very distrusting of others, and is typically up-tight, unable to relax.
Growing up, he had actually been in training to become a guard, yet dropped out of the academy despite stellar performance, for unknown reasons. Much of the discipline (and stressful habits) likely carried over.
Working at the plant has resulted in several accidents, so he's built up both a tolerance to shock and a very quick reaction time, mixed with an almost-athletic agility.
Typical of a night pony, he'd sooner pledge loyalty to Luna as opposed to Celestia, though dreads the thought of a civil war.
