As I was taking pictures of the former SP ROW the UP stormed through (Only a few shots I tried were even remotely in focus) with two light General Electric ES44AC locomotives.
The UP travels semi parallel to the former SP trackage along what was once Western Pacific.
In fact after the SP abandoned the trackage I took this photo from they obtained trackage rights over the very rail these GE's are on.
