So Badu goes on to be a princess. She gets married to Dakarai and she and he become next in line to ultimately govern the sphinx community within the city of Giza and by extension to any sphinx in Greater Cairo.
This is her custom made royal garb. The gem in her tiara is a moonstone and was given to her by Dakarai. He sent for it from India and had it blessed with a Purushamriga priest before having it imported. It was also a gift to symbolize their marriage in a concrete item. He asked for it specifically because he poetically stated that the moonstone reminded him of Badu's eyes in the moonlight.
