I know Packard fans have a special hate for this one. It was basically a badly remodelled Studebaker that killed off the Packard make, and didn't do Studebaker much good either.. Still, this was the challenge, though I went with a design that referenced a few key elements, rather than trying to copy it outright.

Oh my gosh. I believe this is the first time I've ever seen the 1958 Packard Clipper. I couldn't help but think of the current trend of some Auto companies to revive the designs and styles from the 1950s, such as the Morris Mini, the Thunderbird, and the Fiat 500. I'll have to look up the Stats on this vehicle. This might be a fun model to kitbash in 1/25th scale.
