I dont know if ya dudes played Denjin Makai or - Guardians on Arcades but out of all their wacky characters, Tulks was the radical one, doing in with his bare fists, muscles and wrestling moves against an army of aliens. Also apparently has a poster saying "I love muscles" in his office during the ending scene hahahaha.
