Ok this is my first image for Pyra and Coldsnap so what to say well ok Pyra is male yes i know he looks quite female but he is male, im still working on his design. Just to point it out they are both larger than the average pony, Coldsnap is around the same size as Princess Luna and Pyra is just abit larger than her.

Pyra used to be the Royal messenger for princess Celestia 500 years ago before the discovery of dragons flame. He's still revered as the fastest colt to come out of canterlot. Hes also responsible for magically changing the transition of summer in canterlot each year

ColdSnap is the twin sister of Pyra. She has powers over the forces of winter and its her responsibility to change its transition in canterlot each year. Not as fast as her brother she makes up for it with her strong magic and whit. She can be often found playing with the windigo in the mountains (the spirits of ice and disharmony) Though her brother doesnt like her to. She believes them to be misunderstood.


This is just a small story about Pyra after he meets a pony and colt in the Everfree forest

All of a sudden they see a burning light above them as a pegasus then forms from the light and lands infront of the pair "Excuse me young lady do you need assistance leaving this forest" The pegasi says
"Um who are you? The young pony replies
"How rude of me, My name is Pyra royal messenger for her Magesty Princess Celestia" Pyra Responds as he bows.
"Hey Dont they use Dragons for message now" The colt replies
"Your quite right sir but most of the dragons have come down with a sickness that happens only every 300 years rendering and nullifying there fire-breathing abilities useless, i was then called out of retirement to deliver an important message to a Miss Twilight Sparkle" Pyra says with a smile
"Well thank you for your offer but im quite fine finding my own way, sir" Barley says
"I can respect that miss, but if you change your mind down that path lives a very kind Zebra im sure she would be happy to help you and if you get lost just call my name and i will come" Pyra says
"Uh thank you" Barley says
"Im always there to offer help to those who need it, Now if you excuse me i must deliver this letter, Until we meet again" Pyra says as he flies into the sky and disappears as fast as lightning leaving only a flaming trail in the sky.
